Requirements and Responsibilities

1. Member must be in good standing as set forth in Article II Section B Sub-section A, and Section F of the RBFC By-Laws.
2. The program is for the benefit of the Ball Player(s).  The member shall not harass, interfere with or otherwise inconvenience players without the players consent.  Players are instructed to report harassment to club officers who will then investigate any complaint.
3. Member will not provide player with any drug or other pharmaceutical product whether legal, prescription, herbal or over the counter.
4. For each road trip of five games or more, participants in the program agree to provide a “goodie box” of snacks and various a sundries for each player sponsored. 
5. Goodie box must be delivered to the designated drop off location by the designated time.  A schedule for drop dates and times will be published at the beginning of each season.
6. For each road trip of four games or less, participants in the program agree to pay $7 per player sponsored.  Fees will be paid to the treasurer in one lump sum of $42 by April 30, 2010.
7. A member that participates after the beginning of the season will pay only for road trips remaining in the season.
8. In the event a player is traded off of the team the member will assume sponsorship of the replacement player.  Member will be notified as soon as possible.
9. In the event a member has sponsored multiple players and surrenders a player at some point in the season due to a new member wishing to adopt, the original member will be reimbursed for the portion of the season that remains in accordance with item 7 above.
